COMPETITORS

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND IS $60.00 PER TEAM.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES RACKS OF RIBS, A 10 X 10 SPACE AND 4 TASTING TICKETS PER TEAM.

It is the TEAM'S responsibility to read and adhere to the Competitors Rules and Guidelines. The rules and guidelines consist of two pages and uploaded as two image attachments to this webpage. A copy of the rules and guidelines with also be included with your registration confirmation email.

0500 Team Setup

0530 Team Captain Meeting

0545 Ribs distributed to competitors

0600 Rib cook off begins (ribs cannot be on the grill before this time)

1130 Rock N Ribs 5k Run begins

1145 Welcome Tent opens

1200 Rock N Ribs Opening Ceremony

1300 Submit Ribs (5 min grace period on either side of the hour)

1400 Collection of People's Choice votes

1430 Award Ceremony

1500 End of Rock N Ribs

*Note: Teams can fire up their BBQ’s and prep as early as 0500 but they cannot begin cooking or placing ribs on the grill until 0600.
