PROGRAM REGISTRATION

**IMPORTANT**

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD.

All forms must be completed thoroughly.

  • The Mission Essential declaration must be completed by a department head and turned in BEFORE children can start camp.

  • The Tier form needs to be printed and signed by parents.

  • The Registration form needs to include all POTENTIAL days that children may need care

  • The COVID-19 questions are for children, not parents; they must be completed for each child.

  • Essential Childcare is free of charge.

All forms MUST be submitted by Friday the week preceding a given week at 12:00 pm. Each registered parent will receive a phone call the Friday before a given week of camp to relay acceptance or deferral; a follow-up email will also be sent. We cannot accept any children before this deadline due to the tiered system in place. Parents will not be able to pay before the child(ren) are accepted into a week of camp, and will only be allowed to pay for one (1) week at a time.

Children are required to wear masks during camp. We ask that parents pack sunscreen, a bagged lunch, and two additional snacks for each day of camp. Children are not allowed to bring any toys or supplies from home, as we cannot sanitize them. If parents need to reach the camp, they will have to call the camp cell phone at (707) 217-2429.
