Our facility is available to rent outside of hours of operation and is a great venue for birthday parties, graduation celebrations, and meetings! The fee is $50 per 3 hour block of time and may be free of charge for certain public events. We require at least two weeks advanced notice for facility rentals and booking. If you want alcohol at your event you must submit a separate request directly to Joy.M.Connors@uscg.mil so she can have our Commanding Officer approve it.
Jamie is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's in Recreation Management. She moved from NC to CA in August 2018 and has loved leading the Boys & Girls Club ever since. Her favorite activities are hiking, swimming, and playing games outside with the kids.
Baylee is a recent graduate from the University of Toledo in Ohio. Baylee has her Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She was a Camp Adventure counselor for 3 years. During her time with Camp Adventure, she traveled to Japan and taught swim lessons on military bases. Baylee is a huge fan of the water and has been teaching swim lessons for the last 4 years. She moved from PA to CA in June of 2020 to run a surf camp in San Diego before moving up north. Fun fact about Baylee: she is a huge fan of Disney!
TRACEN Petaluma's youth and teen program is affiliated with the Boys & Girls Club of America and provides structured, supervised activities for the school aged kids of the base. During the school year, our afterschool program for Kindergarten through 6th graders runs Monday through Friday, and our teens have their own time on Mondays and Friday evenings.
In addition, our program provides camps during school breaks and summertime (concurrent with the Two Rock Union School District calendar), and provides activities on early release days from Two Rock! Our dedicated staff also plans Breakfast with Santa, an Easter event, the annual Halloween Carnival, and many other fun things!

ESSENTIAL CHILDCARE PROGRAM REGISTRATION
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD.
All forms must be completed thoroughly.
The Mission Essential declaration must be completed by a department head and turned in BEFORE children can start camp.
The Tier form needs to be printed and signed by parents.
The Registration form needs to include all POTENTIAL days that children may need care
The COVID-19 questions are for children, not parents; they must be completed for each child.
All forms MUST be submitted by Friday the week preceding a given week at 12:00 pm. Each registered parent will receive a phone call the Friday before a given week of camp to relay acceptance or deferral; a follow-up email will also be sent. We cannot accept any children before this deadline due to the tiered system in place. Parents will not be able to pay before the child(ren) are accepted into a week of camp, and will only be allowed to pay for one (1) week at a time.
Children are required to wear masks during camp. We ask that parents pack sunscreen, a bagged lunch, and two additional snacks for each day of camp. Children are not allowed to bring any toys or supplies from home, as we cannot sanitize them. If parents need to reach the camp, they will have to call the camp cell phone at (707) 217-2429.
