The Guest Lodging office has relocated to the HUB and merged with the Ticket Office to form the
MWR Customer Service Center.
MWR Guest Lodging and the RV Campground are now OPEN to:
Active Duty Military Members
Coast Guard Auxiliarists
Coast Guard civilian employees (including NAF)
Coast Guard dependents with access to base
Other MWR-eligible patrons and patrons without access to base (contractors, other
government agency employees, etc.) may submit a request on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be submitted to the Customer Service Center and must be approved by the CO.
We recommend making your reservation via phone or email.
If you need to come into the office, the following guidelines apply:
Patrons are allowed in the office one at a time.
Check-in is between the hours of 0800-1500 M-F.
If you are unable to pick up room keys during our business hours, your reservation placard will be placed in an envelope and taped to the door in the Customer Service Center.
Common areas within MWR lodging - including lobbies and recreation rooms, water fountains, and restrooms - are secured and will not be available to patrons.
Active Duty and their dependents receive a $10 discount per room per night.
Patrons on TDY Orders are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when booking their rooms.
Our Guest Lodging offers 1 family-style house and 13 recreational use rooms for your lodging needs.
We offer 1 Suite with two rooms and an adjoining door. One room has a King size bed and the other room has two couches and a lounge area. The couches do not fold out.
We offer 4 VIP rooms with a Queen sized bed.
Each room has a small microwave and fridge, private bathroom, cable TV, a coffee maker and daily maid service. There are a few unlocked WiFi signals in the building for your use.
Rooms are not air-conditioned.
We also have eight Club rooms located within the Consolidated Club. Club rooms have a Queen bed, private bath, a small microwave and fridge, coffee maker and maid service Monday - Friday.

Members with PCS orders can reserve rooms 90 days in advance, all Active Duty & Active Duty Reserve members may reserve 60 days in advance, Retired members may reserve rooms 30 days in advance & GS/NAF civilians holding a military ID may reserve 15 days in advance.
No pets or smoking allowed. We provide linens and towels but not toiletries.
Laundry facilities are available after 1630 on the second floor of
Harrison Hall or the second floor of Mace Hall.
Reservations can be made via phone or in person at our office. A one night deposit is needed to hold each room, and a 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Booking over a weekend will require your full stay paid up front. Please note that a voicemail cancellation is not sufficient, you must speak directly to a representative and obtain a cancellation number.
Your deposit will be applied to your room bill upon check-in. Please note we do not store credit card information, therefore your remaining balance will be due prior to check out. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48-hours prior to check in time at 2:00 pm. A voicemail cancellation may not be sufficient, as it is possible to call a wrong phone number. You must have a valid cancellation number, which you will receive upon official cancellation.
