Please note: we do not have housekeeping on the weekends so our reservation site cannot allow reservations to start on a Saturday or Sunday. You can stay through the weekend but if you wish to begin your stay on a weekend please email us at MWR@uscg.mil so we can make your reservation and ensure the room is ready. To view weekend availability on the reservation site click 'display option' and select 'detail'.
Patrons are allowed in the office one at a time.
For recreational rooms, check-in is after 1400 and check-out is by 1100.
If you are unable to pick up room keys during our business hours, your reservation placard will be placed in an envelope and taped to the door in the Tickets, Lodging and Reservations Office (TLR).
Restrooms and common areas are open to all vaccinated individuals. Masks are required by all regardless of vaccination status. Masks can be removed once in a reserved room.
The Guest Lodging office has relocated to the HUB and merged with the Ticket Office to form the Ticket, Lodging and Reservation Office (TLR).
Our Guest Lodging offers 1 family-style house and 13 recreational use rooms for your lodging needs.
Patrons on TDY Orders are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when booking their rooms. Active Duty (including Guard and Reserve) receive a $10/night discount on all Recreational Lodging Rooms.
Members with PCS orders can reserve rooms 90 days in advance, all Active Duty & Active Duty Guard/Reserve members may reserve 60 days in advance and Retired members/Civilians with military ID can book rooms 30 days in advance. 14 day maximum stay, 28 days maximum allowed per year. Minimum 7 day break between stays.

No pets or smoking allowed, with the exception of pets in TRACEN Cottage. We provide linens and towels but not toiletries. Laundry facilities are available after 1630 on the second floor of Harrison Hall or the second floor of Mace Hall.
Cancellations less than 48 hours from reservation will incur a one night charge. Cancellations greater than 48 hours from reservation are fully refundable. All cancellations and modifications to reservations must go through our website.
We offer 1 Suite with two rooms and an adjoining door. One room has a King size bed and the other room has two couches and a lounge area. The couches do not fold out.
We offer 4 VIP rooms with a Queen sized bed. Each room has a small microwave and fridge, private bathroom, cable TV, a coffee maker and daily maid service. There are a few unlocked WiFi signals in the building for your use. Rooms are not air-conditioned.
We also have eight Club rooms located within the Consolidated Club. Club rooms have a Queen bed, private bath, a small microwave and fridge, coffee maker and maid service Monday - Friday. Rooms are not air-conditioned.
