It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS and all Product Descriptions - your tickets will be cancelled if you violate them.

Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

DELIVERY METHOD
TICKET PROCESSING TIME: Ticket orders can be placed any day or time. Please note delivery times. We will have the tickets sent to you no later than 2 business days from the date and time of ticket purchase. The clock starts on business hours. If tickets are not purchased on business hours, the clock starts 0800 on the next business day. Tickets are processed Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Ticket delivery time frames do not include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. If tickets orders are placed for delivery time of less than 2 business days, ticket orders could potentially be delivered after your selected park entry dates. No refunds or cancellations will be given. Double Check current Month’s Holiday(s). Call for any clarification or requests before orders are placed. ALL MILITARY TICKET MUST HAVE A RESERVATION FOR EACH PERSON PER DAY. IT IS UP TO THE PURCHASER TO VERIFY THAT THEIR DATES ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE PURCHASE. CHECK DISNEYLAND'S AVAILABILITY CALENDAR FIRST.

Disneyland has moved to a new ticket software program. YOU MUST check your order confirmation after you purchase your tickets, and then DOUBLE CHECK your tickets immediately AFTER RECIVING THEM from us. We will NOT be able to refund any tickets in an order that any ticket(s) have been used. The system will not physically allow us to proceed, it is not possible. ALL TICKETS in a ticket group WILL BE LOCKED from cancellation once any ticket is used in that ticket group. Remaining tickets are still usable, they just cannot be cancelled. We will not honor any cancellation for fault, if any ticket is used. Check your tickets after receiving them and before any tickets are used. Using any or all tickets in a ticket group you are accepting any and all tickets as they are. Ensure that if you are purchasing for friends or family, and they no longer can go, this is still your ticket and theirs. ALL TICKETS in a ticket order must be cancelled. No partial Cancellations. No Cancellations after any ticket in the ticket order is used.

Ticket expires on 12/18/2025

For multi day tickets: You have to use your ticket in full within 13 days of first use or your ticket will expire. Your partial days used, even under 13 days, will expire. Must use ticket in full before December 19, 2025

1 to 5 Days - These are the Disney 1 Park Per Day (Not Hopper) Tickets Without LL Multi Pass Option (Magic Your Way). If you are looking to enter both parks each day please see the hopper options.

Download the My Disney Experience and your uploaded ticket will grant you access to all the enhanced features.

1 Park Per Day - Magic Your Way Ticket options can be gifted without the military member being with present at the park with family or friends. There is no maximum quantity limit per year.

Everyone MUST have a reservation to enter the park. YOU will create the reservation through Disneyland: It Click here to upload your tickets and make your reservations through Disneyland.
