This fully furnished house sleeps 10 people and includes three bedrooms, one large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and laundry room.

Rates: $150/night for Active Duty military (including Guard and Reserve), $160 for all other MWR eligible patrons.

Pet fee is $15/night.

Reservations: Retirees/Civilians can reserve 30 days in advance. Active Duty can reserve 60 days in advance. Active Duty on PCS orders can reserve 90 days in advance – please contact MWR@uscg.mil to make a PCS reservation. Maximum 14 day stay. 28 days maximum allowed per year. Minimum 7 day break between stays. 2 night minimum stay. Check-in is after 1400 and check-out is by 1100.  Please note that The Cottage is a self-catering rental. No maid service is provided, and guests are required to complete a cleaning checklist prior to departure.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 4 business days before the check in date and time of reservation for full deposit refund. Your deposit will NOT be refunded for cancellations under the 4 business days, Red Letter Holidays EXCLUDED from business day schedule.  Cancellations greater than 4 business days from reservation are fully refundable. If you have booked multiple days and wish to cancel some of the days after check in there will be up to a two day charge, plus the days of the actual stay. If you are only cancelling your final night, no refund will be given. All cancellations and modifications to reservations must go through our Customer Service Representatives at 707-765-7248. It is the responsibility of each customer to know their base eligibility. If a customer books and is denied entry to the base at the front gate for ANY reason, we will consider it a no-show.
