Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

EPIC PARK OPENS MAY 22, 2025

1 Additional day added on for Epic Universe included in each ticket. Epic Universe is an addition to the number of days on the ticket. Number of Days on ticket, each day must be used for Universal Park or Island of Adventure Park. You will not be able to go to Epic Universe twice. Your park entry date on your ticket is your 1st park entry date. Check your individual ticket for its last use date. You can use your ticket any day within the specific amount of use days. You can go to Epic Universe any 1 day within the ticket use days. Park entry dates do not have to be consecutive; you just cannot go past the allotted days given to use your ticket, even if you haven't used all days. You must use all days within the ticket use time frame.

  • 1 Day 1 Park (Universal Studios or Island Of Adventure) + Epic Universe (ends up being 2 day ticket) Expires 5 days after 1st use
  • 2 Day 1 Park (Universal Studios or Island Of Adventure) + Epic Universe (ends up being 3 day ticket) Expires 6 days after 1st use
  • 3 Day 1 Park (Universal Studios or Island Of Adventure) + Epic Universe (ends up being 4 day ticket) Expires 7 days after 1st use
  • 4 Day 1 Park (Universal Studios or Island Of Adventure) + Epic Universe (ends up being 5 day ticket) Expires 8 days after 1st use

YOU NEED A PARK TO PARK TICKET TO RIDE THE HOGWART'S EXPRESS. THIS RIDE ACTS AS A TRAM SYSTEM FROM ONE PARK TO THE OTHER SO NATUALLY TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE (PARK) YOU NEED TO HAVE A VALID TICKET FOR EACH PARK.

THIS 1 PARK PER DAY TICKET WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RIDE THE HOGWARTS EXPRESS. PLEASE SEE THE 2 OR 3 PARK PER DAY (PARK TO PARK) TICKET OPTIONS IF THIS RIDE IS A MUST!

  • Ticket is valid the amount of days purchased.
  • The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited after 5 days of first use. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan.
  • Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
  • Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise
  • Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission.
    • Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
  • Not Valid for the Hogwarts™ Express
