Each tasting ticket is good for 5 rib tasting tickets and 1 people's choice tasting token per person.

EACH PERSON NEEDS A TICKET FOR RIB TASTING AND VOTING!

Tickets will be available for pick up at the TRACEN Gym beginning Monday, May 19th as well as the day of the event at the Ticket Tent.

0500 Team Setup

0530 Team Captain Meeting with Judges

0545 Ribs distributed to competitors

0600 Rib cook off begins (ribs cannot be on the grill before this time)

1100 Rock N Ribs 5k Run begins

1130 Welcome Tent opens

1200 Rock N Ribs Opening Ceremony

1300 Submit Ribs (5 min grace period on either side of the hour)

1400 Collection of People's Choice votes

1430 Award Ceremony

1500 End of Rock N Ribs

*Note: Teams can fire up their BBQ’s and prep as early as 0500 but they cannot begin cooking or placing ribs on the grill until 0600.
