Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).
No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

IKON 4-DAY MIL PASS
IKON's Policy: Passes are for Active Duty, Retired Members, 100% Disabled and their dependents. You must attach an ID for each ticket purchased. i.e. 3 Tickets must be for Active Duty and 2 Dependents, Retired and 2 Dependents. 1, 2, 3 up to 6 tickets must attach exact number of eligible IDs. One ID will only deliver 1 ticket. Must have equal amount of "Dependent" IDs with the Active, Retired or 30%-100% Disability Designation. VA Service Connected ID accepted BUT, Under 100% MUST Accompany your VA Disability Designation Letter. MUST BE 30%+ Disability rated and you ID Must say Service Connected under your photo on your ID.
SORRY: FOREIGN AFILLIATES, NOAA, USPH & CIVILIANS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE PRODUCT. ALL DISABLED VETERANS MUST BE 30%-100% DISABLED WITH PROPER ID. UNDER 100% WE WILL NOT BE TAKING VERBAL AS PROOF OF DISABILITY RATING. IF YOU ARE 30%-90% WE MUSTHAVE THE VA DESIGNATION LETTER WITH YOU VA SEVICE CONNECTED ID.

All codes must be redeemed by 12/10/2026 to activate your 26/27 Ikon Session 4-Day Pass.
To activate your Ikon Session 4-Day Pass, please follow these steps:
- Visit the website https://account.ikonpass.com/promocode
- In the “ADD PROMO CODE” box, enter the 12-character promo code located under the Barcode on this E-Ticket. Then click “APPLY”.
- The next screen will list the type of pass purchased. Click “ADD TO CART” next to your age category (Adult or Young Adult).
- If you purchased multiple passes for family members. You can enter each promo code individually on this page in the “ADD PROMO CODE” box.
- Once all promo codes are entered, click “VIEW CART” at the bottom of the page to continue.
- Proceed through the remaining steps in the transaction to activate your pass. Price of the pass will show $0.
- Any promo code issues, upgrade requests, or information on pass insurance, please email military@alterramtnco.com.
- Pass Insurance: Injury Insurance ($14/per day) can be purchased at any time. This pass is not eligible for refundable coverage. To purchase, please call 888-365-IKON.
