It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS and all Product Descriptions - your tickets will be cancelled if you violate them.

Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

TICKET PROCESSING TIME: Ticket orders can be placed any day or time. Please note delivery times. We will have the tickets sent to you no later than 2 business days from the date and time of ticket purchase. The clock starts on business hours. If tickets are not purchased on business hours, the clock starts 0800 on the next business day. Tickets are processed Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Ticket delivery time frames do not include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. If tickets orders are placed for delivery time of less than 2 business days, ticket orders could potentially be delivered after your selected park entry dates. No refunds or cancellations will be given. Double Check current Month’s Holiday(s). Call for any clarification or requests before orders are placed. DISNEYLAND AND CA ADVENTURE PARKS - PARK HOPPER WITHOUT LIGHTNING LANE

ACTIVE DUTY, RETIRED, 100% DISABLED, VA SERVICE CONNECTED AND DoD CIVILIAN. MUST HAVE CURRENT PROPER MILITARY ID. EXPIRED ID AND NO ID IS NOT ELIGIBLE. MUST HAVE ID TO PURCHASE, DOES NOT NEED ID TO USE. FULLY GIFTABLE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITHOUT MEMBER ATTENDING.

Each order is considered one ticket group. If any ticket is used in a ticket group, the remaining tickets in the group are locked from any cancellations for any reason. All unused tickets in the one group must be cancelled at the same time. All tickets are usable up until the expirations, they just cannot be cancelled even if it is a valid reason if at least 1 ticket is used in a ticket group. Ensure if you are purchasing for different family sets or friends that this is understood. If there are concerns, please place individual orders or note it in the note section you would like the broken up into two groups and give us the number. We WILL NOT create individual tickets in each order. This is for valid approved emergency cancellations

This Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park, for the amount of days on your ticket. Each day of use constitutes one full day of use. Admission to a park is subject to operational hours, closures and other restrictions, and a ticket does not guarantee park entry, even on dates when a ticket is not blocked out.

Tickets expire December 30, 2027.
