Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

TICKET PROCESSING TIME: Ticket orders can be placed any day or time. Please note delivery times. We will have the tickets sent to you no later than 2 business days from the date and time of ticket purchase. The clock starts on business hours. If tickets are not purchased on business hours, the clock starts 0800 on the next business day. Tickets are processed Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Ticket delivery time frames do not include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. If tickets orders are placed for delivery time of less than 2 business days, ticket orders could potentially be delivered after your selected park entry dates. No refunds or cancellations will be given. Double Check current Month’s Holiday(s). Call for any clarification or requests before orders are placed. 1 - 4 Days Park to Park for 3 Parks

EPIC PARK OPENS MAY 22, 2025

1 Additional day added on for Epic Universe included in each ticket. Epic Universe is an addition to the number of days on the ticket. Number of Days on ticket, each day must be used for Universal Park, Island of Adventure Park and Volcano Bay Please ensure Volcano Bay is open when you want to go when purchasing this ticket option.

You will not be able to go to Epic Universe more than once with this ticket option. Your park entry date on your ticket is your 1st park entry date. Check your individual ticket for its last use date. You can use your ticket any day within the specific amount of use days. You can go to Epic Universe any 1 day within the ticket use days. Park entry dates do not have to be consecutive; you just cannot go past the allotted days given to use your ticket, even if you haven't used all days. You must use all days within the ticket use time frame.

All Tickets are Park to Park in this ticket group for 3 Parks. + 1 day to Epic Universe (cannot park hop for Epic Universe day).

  • 1 Day 3 Parks (Universal Studios, Island Of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) + Epic Universe one day (ends up being 2 day ticket) Good to use between 5 days from first date given. Use date and expiration on ticket are binding dates.
  • 2 Day 3 Parks (Universal Studios, Island Of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) + Epic Universe one day (ends up being 3 day ticket) Good to use between 6 days from first date given. Use date and expiration on ticket are binding dates.
  • 3 Day 3 Parks (Universal Studios, Island Of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) + Epic Universe one day (ends up being 4 day ticket) Good to use between 7 days from first date given. Use date and expiration on ticket are binding dates.
  • 4 Day 4 Park (Universal Studios, Island Of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) + Epic Universe one day (ends up being 5 day ticket) Good to use between 8 days from first date given. Use date and expiration on ticket are binding dates.
  • Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
  • Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise
  • Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission.
