0545 - Ribs distributed to competitors
0600 - Ribs on the grill, Cook Off Begins
1100 - Rock N Ribs 5K Fun Run Begins
1200 Rock N Ribs Opening Ceremony
1300 - Submit Ribs (5 min grace period on either side of the hour)
1400 - Collection and counting of People's Choice Award
1430 - Award Ceremony
1500 - Conclusion of Event
