This craft can be a super creative activity! Go wild and choose the craziest colors you want.
Supplies: Paper Plate, Ruler, Scissors, Liquid Glue, colored tissue paper, cotton balls, and string.
Step 1: Cut Plate in a half
Step 2: Apply glue to bottom of the plate, stick cotton balls as you go.
Step 3: Apply glue to the inside of plate, attach streamer to glue spots
Step 4: Hang and Enjoy!!
